Initially hired as a Legislative Assistant, Roman’s ability to assess complex policy issues and provide strategic analysis positioned him for steady advancement within the firm. By 2023, he transitioned into a lobbying role while expanding his focus on policy analysis and client strategy development.
Following the firm’s merger with Capitol Advocacy, Roman serves as a Policy Analyst and continues to advocate for clients across a range of issues, specializing in workforce development, AI, solid and hazardous waste management, taxation, and electric vehicle infrastructure. His approach is rooted in thorough research, data-driven analysis, and a keen understanding of how to navigate California’s legislative landscape. Roman’s ability to synthesize policy details and anticipate impacts has made him a trusted advisor to his clients.
A graduate of California State University, Sacramento, Roman earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a minor in Economics, graduating magna cum laude. A Sacramento native, he lives in Rancho Cordova with his fiancée, Sascha.
